Youth A.R.M.S. is TRU-Impact’s coalition for young people who want to do something about drugs in Rochester. Members learn the facts about narcotics and substance use, then plan campaigns that share those facts with their friends, their schools and their neighborhoods.
Adult advisors help along the way, but the ideas, the voice and the leadership come from youth.
